1. What we are

NuCharterGrants.com is a software platform operated by NuCharter Funding Group, LLC at nuchartergrants.com that aggregates publicly available grant information, provides scoring, checklists, and organizational tools. We do not guarantee funding, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and capable of entering a contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials. One account per person/business unless approved.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

Access is sold via subscription and one-time unlocks, processed by Stripe. Current prices: $49 Starter, $99 Pro, $19 Single Grant Unlock, $29 and $49 Bundles. Prices may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Account → Manage Billing (Stripe Customer Portal).

5. Billing

Payments go to NuCharter Funding Group, LLC via Stripe. Cards, taxes, invoices handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

6. No Guarantee

Grant awards are decided by third-party grantors. We do not promise eligibility, approval, or funding amounts. Always verify details on the grantor's official site.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not scrape, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform. Do not use for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring logic, and design on nuchartergrants.com belongs to NuCharter Funding Group, LLC. Grant data belongs to respective grantors.

9. Refunds

Subscription fees are for the current billing period and are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel to prevent future charges. One-time unlocks are final except for proven technical non-delivery — contact support@nuchartergrants.com within 7 days.

10. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Account page → Manage Billing. Access remains until end of period. Credits do not roll over unless stated.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation

Service provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability limited to amount paid in last 3 months. No consequential damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violation, non-payment, or abuse.

13. Governing Law

State of Georgia, Fulton County.

14. Changes

We may update terms with notice on site. Continued use = acceptance.
