1. Data we collect

Account: name, email, business name. Billing: handled by Stripe — we receive last 4, expiry, billing email, invoices; full card stored by Stripe only. Usage: grant searches, saved grants, credits used, pages visited. Technical: IP, browser, device, via cookies.

2. How we use it

Provide service, personalize grant results, billing and account management, support, security, product improvement, legal compliance.

3. Processors

Stripe (payments), Lovable (hosting/database), analytics if enabled. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

Essential for login, billing portal, and preferences. You can disable in browser but some features may break.

5. Retention

Account data while account active + up to 24 months after deletion for tax/legal. Invoices retained per law.

6. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, export — email support@nuchartergrants.com. We will respond within 30 days. Georgia/US users — additional rights under applicable state law. EU/UK users — GDPR rights apply when applicable.

7. Security

Encryption in transit, access controls. No system is 100% secure.

8. Children

Not for under 18. We do not knowingly collect child data.

9. International

Data processed in US.

10. Changes

We will post updated policy with new effective date.
